Most wedding checklists are twelve pages long and read like a tax return. The one we use is a single page, printed on Letter paper, pinned somewhere you'll actually see it. It holds only what matters — the decisions, in the order they matter — and it fits in the front of a binder or on the side of a fridge.
It's the same one-page checklist we designed for The Wedding Binder, and we've made it free to download below. Enter your email and we'll send it straight to you.
A wedding is a year of small decisions in a fixed order. The paper doesn't need to be long — it needs to be honest about what comes first. Our checklist holds the decisions that unlock the rest: the date range, the guest count, the budget, the photographer, the officiant. Everything else lives inside The Wedding Binder itself.
Print it on plain paper, pin it up, and cross things off with a pen. That's the whole point.
